Maple Curried Scallops

Broiled Curried Maple Scallops recipe using pure NH maple syrup from Fuller's Sugarhouse.

Instructions

  1. Line bottom of broiler pan with foil and arrange scallops in it.
  2. Combine thoroughly the syrup, mustard, lemon juice and curry powder.
  3. Brush tops of scallops with about half the mixture; slide pan under broiler at lowest level for 10 minutes.
  4. Turn each scallop, brush with remaining syrup mixture.
  5. Return to broiler and broil 10 minutes. Serves 5 to 6.

Maple Glazed Salmon

Maple Glazed Salmon Recipe using pure NH maple syrup from Fuller's Sugarhouse.

Ingredients

  • 6 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup pure Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 teaspoons sliced almonds, toasted (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, syrup, soy sauce, mustard and pepper.
  4. Pour over salmon.
  5. Cover and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake 8-10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  7. Sprinkle with almonds if desired. Makes 6 servings.

  1. Rub some lime juice on the rim of your martini glass, then dip in the sugar to coat the rim.
  2. Place the glass in the freezer to chill. Muddle the lime and half apple in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
  3. Layer in the liquid ingredients and add ice.
  4. Shake to combine.
  5. Pour into your martini glass and add the apple slice and optional soda.

Maple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Maple Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe using pure NH maple syrup from Fuller's Sugarhouse.

  • 1 cup shortening
  • ¾ cup honey
  • ¾ cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat shortening until light and fluffy. Add honey and syrup, a little at a time, beating well after each addition.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition (mixture
  3. will appear curdled).
  4. Beat in vanilla.
  5. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to maple syrup mixture and mix just until moistened.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Next, drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
  8. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove and let cool. Makes 5 dozen.
