Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (3/4 inch thick) Boneless Top Loin Pork Chops
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • 3/4 cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-medium high or preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a sauce pan combine the Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, honey, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and bring to a boil, stirring often.
  3. Remove and pour four tablespoons into a small bowl and the rest into a large bowl for basting.
  4. Season the chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Lay the chops out on your preheated grill and cook for 7-8 minutes. Flip and repeat for 7-8 minutes more.
  5. Grab the glaze, saving the four tablespoons of glaze for later, and brush it all over the pork chops, flip and repeat for 8-10 minutes more until the chops are fully cooked.
  6. Once fully cooked, remove the pork chops from the grill to a plate and let the pork chops rest for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Drizzle the remaining four tablespoons of maple honey glaze over top of the chops before serving.

Maple Bacon Potato Salad

Maple Bacon Potato Salad recipe using pure NH maple syrup from Fuller's Sugarhouse.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (1 1/2lb) bag red potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • Salt
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • ½ medium onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon (or about 1 clove) garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon fresh thyme, removed from stem and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Quarter potatoes and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with canola oil and sprinkle evenly with salt. Toss to coat all potatoes.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tender, turning half way if desired.
  4. While potatoes are baking, make the vinaigrette. In a medium pan, cook the bacon on medium-high heat until browned and crisp. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and place on paper towel to soak up excess grease. Drain all but 1 tbsp grease from the pan.
  5. With the remaining bacon grease, sauté the onion until soft. Add the vinegar, Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, garlic, thyme and half of the bacon and simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until slightly reduced. Set aside until potatoes are cooked.
  6. When potatoes are cooked, toss with vinaigrette and garnish with remaining bacon and additional thyme if desired. Serve warm.
