Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray or use a liner.
  2. Turn the slow cooker on to low.
  3. Place the meatballs into the slow cooker.
  4. Combine the apple cider, Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar and pour over the meatballs.
  5. Place the apples on top.
  6. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 to 8 hours. Turn to warm after that.
  7. Serve warm with additional chopped apples if desired.

Maple Fruit Punch

  • 3 ounces of bourbon
  • 1.5 cups of black tea cooled
  • 1 tablespoon of Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup (Add more if you like a sweeter drink)
  • 2 lemons (1½ lemons, juiced and then other half sliced)
  • 2 limes (1½ limes, juiced and then other half sliced)
  • 2 oranges (1½ oranges juiced and then other half sliced)
  • 2 cups of ice

Instructions

  1. In a large glass combine bourbon, citrus juices, and Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup.
  2. Stir until mixed.
  3. Fill two glasses completely with ice and pour mixture over ice.
  4. Top glasses off with black tea.

Notes

  • To make this into a punch for a group feel free to double or triple the recipe.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Over medium-high heat, melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Add the brown sugar and Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup.
  3. Stir until the mixture comes to a rolling boil. Immediately turn of the heat, but do not remove the saucepan from the burner.
  4. Add the pretzels to the sauce pan, and gently stir to coat.
  5. Spread the coated pretzels on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes.
  6. Let pretzels cool for at least 10 minutes. Break pretzels apart and transfer to serving bowl if eating immediately. Allow pretzels to cool to room temperature before packaging or storing.

Notes

  • The pretzels may be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Lay parchment onto a half sheet pan. Spray liberally with cooking spray. Arrange sliced sweet potatoes on sheet pan, slightly overlapping, into even rows lengthwise. Discard the tiny slices and keep arranging until the pan is filled.
  3. Mix Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup with the melted butter. Brush a liberal amount gently onto all exposed potato surfaces. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper. Bake until very brown at the edges, about 15 minutes.

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut chips or flakes
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • ⅓ cup unsalted sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F.
  2. Combine oats, coconut, almonds, pecans, brown sugar, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in a
  3. large bowl. Combine Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, water and oil in a medium bowl or large measuring cup and pour over the oat mixture; stir until well combined. Spread the mixture into a large (12-by-15-inch) roasting pan or large rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, stir, and continue baking until golden brown and beginning to crisp, about 45 minutes more. Stir in cranberries and raisins. Let cool completely before storing.

Maple Mustard Chicken

Maple Mustard Baked Chicken

  • 5 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 pkg.)
  • ½ cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon (rubbed between your palms to break up and release the oils)
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°. In a casserole dish or other high sided baking pan, place your chicken thighs in a single layer and generously season with salt and pepper front and back.
  2. In a small bowl, combine Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, tarragon, and red pepper, and whisk to combine.
  3. Pour syrup mixture slowly over the chicken thighs making sure that each thigh is covered in sauce.
  4. Bake uncovered at 450° for about 30 mins or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165° or it’s no longer pink. The top of the chicken will be slightly charred in spots and the sauce will have condensed.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • 2 pounds green beans, ends trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons coarse-grain Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion (including green top)
  • Salt and fresh-ground pepper

Instructions

  1. In a 4- to 5-quart pan, bring 2 quarts water to a boil over high heat. Add beans and cook, uncovered,approximately 5 to 8 minutes or until tender-crisp; drain and pour into a bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, mix mustard with vinegar, Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, and oil. Pour over hot beansand mix to coat well; sprinkle with onion. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
