Instructions

  1. Combine all-purpose and wheat flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nuts in a large bowl. Mix together.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Then, whisk in the milk, sour cream, Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, butter, and banana.
  3. Make a well in the dry ingredients, then pour in the egg mixture. Stir, just to blend; do not beat. Let batter stand for several minutes.
  4. Heat a large skillet or griddle on medium heat, then butter lightly. Drop heaping tablespoons and cook pancake bottoms for about 1 minute, or until golden and bubbling. Turn and cook 1 minute on other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
  5. Serve pancakes with warm Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup. Garnish with banana and nuts.

Slow and Sweet Maple Beans

Sweet & Slow Maple Beans

  • 2 cups rinsed and dried Navy beans
  • 10 cups water
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • ¾ cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. In 6-quart Dutch oven, bring beans and 10 cups water to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.
  2. Drain water from beans and pour beans in slow cooker.
  3. Add onions, Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, brown sugar, ground mustard, salt, and ginger to slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours or until beans are tender and liquid is absorbed.

  1. Melt butter in large pot.
  2. Remove from heat. Add Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, marshmallows, salt, and nutmeg to melted butter. Stir until marshmallows melt.
  3. Once melted, add Rice Krispies. Stir until they are all coated.
  4. Place treats into 8×8 pan. Let cool for at least an hour. Cut and serve.

  1. Mix ground beef, beer, Worcestershire sauce, Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, and pepper in large bowl.
  2. Shape beef into small, slider sized patties- about 2 ½ inches in diameter.
  3. Place sliders on grill. Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Add cheese during the last minute of grilling and toast buns if desired.
  4. Place sliders on buns and top with a slice of bacon.

Maple Cinnamon Chex Mix

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • 4 cups Rice chex
  • 4 cups Corn chex
  • 4 cups pretzels sticks
  • sesame seeds (as desired)
  • Kosher salt for taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°.
  2. Melt butter in sauce pan.
  3. Whisk Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice into melted butter.
  4. Toss Rice chex, Corn chex, and pretzels in large mixing bowl. Pour spiced butter over chex mix.
  5. Stir to coat evenly.
  6. Spread chex mix onto baking sheets evenly. Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired. Salt to taste.
  7. Bake for 30-45 minutes. Stir every 10-15 to ensure even toasting/coating.

Maple Bourbon BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

Maple Bourbon Sour recipe using pure NH maple syrup from Fuller's Sugarhouse.

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ½ cup bourbon
  • 3 tbsp Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Buns for serving

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker.
  2. In large bowl, whisk together ketchup, bourbon, Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, molasses, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4-6 hours, or until chicken is cook through.
  4. Shred with two forks.

Maple, Peanut Butter and Banana Energy Bars

Peanut Butter and Banana energy bars

Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup nuts and/or seeds

Instructions

  1. Using a hand or standing mixer, mix the bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon/vanilla, if using, until very smooth.
  2. Add oats and nuts/seeds and mix until combined.
  3. Turn out onto a parchment-covered baking dish (about 8×8 inches). Press and flatten with a spatula until evenly distributed.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until golden brown on edges.
  5. Allow to cool completely before cutting bars.
  6. Wrap in plastic wrap. Store at room temperature for a week or freeze for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • Makes approximately 12 bars.
