  2. Fill a champagne flute ¾ full with sparkling wine. Then, fill the rest of the way with orange maple juice.
  3. Garnish with an orange slice and serve.

Maple Bacon Quiche

Maple Bacon Quiche

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 10 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup half and half
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place pie crust in 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, half and half, salt and pepper, and Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup. Set aside.
  3. Layer bacon and cheese in crust-lined pan, then pour egg mixture over top.
  4. Bake 40 – 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting in wedges and serving.

Maple Fruit Salad

Maple Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, pared, cored and sliced
  • 3 handfuls of grapes
  • 1 banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Or other fruit you like
  • ¼ cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup apple juice

Instructions

  1. Combine fruit such as pineapple, apple, pear, banana, and strawberries in a bowl
  2. In a separate bowl, combine Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, and apple juice.
  3. Mix maple syrup mixture into the fruit mixture and toss lightly.
  4. Cover bowl and let sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Maple Snickerdoodles

Maple Snickerdoodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg, baking powder, and salt into the mixing bowl and mix for 30 seconds.
  4. With the mixer on low, gradually add in the flour. The dough will be very thick.
  5. In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple sugar and 1 tbsp ground cinnamon.
  6. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls, then coat with cinnamon sugar before placing on cookie sheet. If desired, sprinkle more cinnamon sugar over each cookie.
  7. Bake for 8-12 minutes. Let cool before serving.
  8. To keep cookies from getting crisp, keep in airtight container.
