Maple Berry Parfait

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups variety of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • 1 pre-made angel food cake, cut into cubes

For Maple Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Begin by whipping heavy cream using a mixer or whisk. Gradually add in  Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup.
  2. Choose desired serving dish, recommend using parfait dishes or a trifle bowl. Alternate layers of maple whipped cream, angel food cake, and fruit. Continue until serving dish is full. The top layer should be whipped cream garnished with fruit.

Sweet Maple Strawberry Salad

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced shallot
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Salad

  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. First make Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette. To do so, whisk together balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar,  Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, soy sauce, shallot, garlic and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Set dressing aside and begin cleaning and cutting strawberries and spinach, then place in a large bowl. Top with feta and chopped walnuts.
  3. Drizzle Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette over salad or serve on the side.

Maple Beef Teriyaki Skewers

Maple Beef Teriyaki Skewers

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons five-spice powder
  • 2 pounds of lean beef, sliced in ¼ inch strips
  • Skewers
  • Optional: Pineapple chunks, red pepper slices or other fruit/vegetables

Instructions

  1. Combine Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, and five-spice powder in a large bowl. Add beef and toss. Cover and refrigerate overnight; stir occasionally.
  2. Prepare a grill for medium heat.
  3. Place meat on skewers. Between pieces, place a pineapple chunk and red pepper slice or other fruit/vegetables.
  4. Grill until beef is tender, turning occasionally.

Maple Spice Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • pinch of cayenne
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2/3 cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • Frosting if desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan or bundt cake pan.
  2. Sift the flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, salt, cloves, nutmeg, and cayenne into a large bowl. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, blend the eggs, buttermilk, Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, oil, molasses.
  4. Make a well in the dry mixture and stir in the egg mixture, do not beat. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool in pan, then frost if desired.

Maple Mint Spritzer

Maple Mint Spritzer

Instructions

  1. Divide mint between two tall glasses. Add Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup and muddle using a muddling stick or narrow wooden spoon.
  2. Add ice and vodka, then top with seltzer. Optional: Garnish with lime
