Maple Balsamic Veggies

1 pound zucchini, sliced
1 pound bell peppers
1 large onion, cut into thick rounds
Ingredients for our Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette recipe, which features Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup

Instructions

For this recipe, begin by making our Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette recipe. Once made, set aside.
Preheat grill on low heat and spray with cooking spray.
Place all vegetables in a single layer on the grill. Keep grill covered while vegetables cook. This should take about 12 minutes. Flip halfway through.
Transfer vegetables to a large bowl and pour Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette over the top of the vegetables. Stir to coat all veggies evenly before serving.

Maple Bacon Chicken Quesadilla

Maple Bacon Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken, cooked and cut
1 ½ cups of shredded Mexican cheese
6 strips of our Maple Bacon recipe, which features Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup.
12 flour tortillas
Optional: vegetables such as green and red peppers, corn, onions

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill gate.
Begin building quesadilla. Start with a tortilla, sprinkle a thin layer of cheese, then bacon and chicken and desired vegetables. Add more cheese before placing the top tortilla on.
Grill until crispy and golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Cut quesadillas in wedges and serve.

Maple Grilled Corn

Maple Grilled Corn

Ingredients

8 ears of corn
½ cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
½ stick of butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat grill to high heat.
In a bowl, combine Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, melted butter, and salt and pepper.
Remove the first layer of husks and all the corn silk from each ear of corn. Gently spread out the remaining husks and baste the corn with the maple-butter mixture.
Wrap corn in tinfoil and place on grill. Cook corn for 16 minutes, turning each piece after 8 minutes.
Unwrap and remove husks, then serve.

Maple Mustard BBQ Wings

Maple Mustard BBQ Wings

These Maple Mustard BBQ Wings are perfect for a summer BBQ.

Ingredients

For the Sauce:
1/3 cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 medium lemon
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/3 cup canola oil

For the Wings:
22 ½ pounds chicken wings (1620 wings)

Instructions

For the Sauce:
Whisk together Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, and thyme in a medium-sized bowl, then slowly whisk in the oil.
Once sauce is made, pour over the chicken wings. Let the wings marinade for at least 4 hours.

For the Wings:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Place wings on grill using tongs. Keep the grill covered, but occasionally flip the wings until they are golden brown. This should take about 20 minutes.

Blueberry Maple Muffins

Sweeten up your breakfast with this Blueberry Maple Muffin recipe featuring Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup. You will not be disappointed!

  • Yield: 12 muffins 1x

Ingredients

2 cups flour

¼ cup sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 egg

½ cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup

½ cup milk

1 stick melted butter

1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a 12 cup muffin tin.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a different bowl, whisk together egg, Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, milk, and butter. Once mixed, slowly pour over dry ingredients, then fold in blueberries.

Stir all ingredients together just enough to evenly distribute blueberries.

Spoon batter into muffin tins – fill the cup up 2/3 of the way.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool in pan for 3-5 minutes before transferring to rack to cool completely.

Raspberry Maple Vinaigrette

Try this Raspberry Maple Vinaigrette as a dressing on salad, vegetables, or a marinade for meat!

½ cup white wine vinegar

¼ cup olive oil

1/3 cup fresh raspberries

2 tsp Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup

Instructions

Place all ingredients in blender/food processor and blend until smooth consistency

Use as a dressing on salad, vegetables, or a marinade for meat.

Notes

This will store in the fridge for up to four days.

Maple Raspberry Lemonade

Maple Raspberry Lemonade

Try a glass of Maple Raspberry Lemonade, a very refreshing beverage on a warm summer day!

Ingredients

1 whole lemon, washed well, quartered & seeds removed

1 cup lemon juice (either bottled, or fresh squeezed from about 35 lemons)

1/4 cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup

2 cups washed, fresh raspberries.

2 cups ice

1 cup water

Instructions

Put all the ingredients into a blender, and pulse to work together.

Put onto low speed, and gradually add speed until your lemonade is the correct consistency. Continue blending for an additional minute or two minute, then garnish and serve.
