NH maple syrup farm - Fuller's Sugarhouse

Our Story

Fuller’s Sugarhouse, located in the small, scenic town of Lancaster in northern New Hampshire, is an award-winning producer of pure maple syrup and maple products. Established in 1972, the business is owned and operated by the Dave and Patti Fuller, assisted by Dave’s brother Ed. Dave first learned how to make maple syrup from his grandfather and loved it so much that he decided to make it a business. Fuller’s Sugarhouse is truly a family affair with the involvement of several generations of the Fuller family. When you visit the sugarhouse, you will likely be greeted with a smile by Dave, Patti or Ed. We are happy to give you a tour of our operations and a taste of our pure maple syrup and candy.

Our state-of-the-art sugarhouse is where it all happens — all maple production, packaging, and sales in one building.

We tap maple trees in four “sugar bushes” or “maple groves” in the Lancaster area. Sap from the trees is collected by a plastic tubing system and transported to the sugarhouse where it is boiled to golden smooth syrup. Each spring we tap more than 10,500 maple trees and boil more than 174,000 gallons of maple sap to produce more than 4,000 gallons of pure maple syrup from our NH maple syrup farms.

We are dedicated to producing the highest quality, best tasting maple products. We love what we do and think it shows in our products. You can find our products on this site, in our country store in Lancaster, and in several retail locations. Contact us if you have any questions — we would love to hear from you!
