April 2019 – Fuller’s Maple Choice Award Winners

March was a great month for Fuller’s Sugarhouse – thank you to all of our amazing customers for being part of it! The sap is still flowing and we are still making our pure NH maple syrup. Congrats to our Maple Month Savings!

We had an awesome Maple Weekend and were able to share with all our visitors the magic behind making our pure NH maple syrup. The first ever Fuller’s Maple Choice Award was a success and three winners have been selected for the Fuller’s Maple Prize! A ton of votes were cast and it was a close call… but here are our winners!

In case you have no idea what we’re talking about – we ran a Fuller’s Maple Choice Award throughout the month of March. We asked customers to submit recipes that include our products. We then entered each recipe submission into a poll for the public vote on which recipes they would most likely try themselves. The top two recipes with the most votes, and one voter, selected at random, were awarded a Fuller’s Maple Prize.

Fuller’s Maple Alert – Update on the 2019Season

  • Collected 180,000 gallons of sap
  • Boiled 4,300 gallons of maple syrup
  • 2 to 2.4% sugar content
  • Mostly golden and amber grade 

Thanks for following our updates and you’ll hear from us again soon! Indicators say we have about 10 days left in our season – only time will tell! If you’re passing by our Sugarhouse in Jefferson, NH and see steam coming from the stacks, feel free to come in for a visit. As always, our products are available at our Country Store in Lancaster and online at any time.

Pictured is 6,000 gallons of sap that ran on March 16. Patti is checking it out. This boiled down to about 150 gallons of maple syrup.
