tapping treesIt’s Winter in Northern NH!

Winter has arrived in the northern White Mountains of New Hampshire. We have started tapping our maple trees and getting everything in order to be sure that we are ready to roll once the season begins.

Each maple sugaring season, we tap more than 26,000 trees which translates into 11,000 gallons of our pure maple syrup. We can’t wait to get started!

Looking for something to do?

Northern New Hampshire is the place to come! For the adventure enthusiasts, hit the slopes, hop on your snowmobile or just enjoy the clean northern NH air! If you’d rather sit back and relax for a couple days, there are plenty of quiet spots to escape to. Northern NH has many great hotels and B&B’s for you to spend the night. The Northern Gateway Chamber of Commerce, Twin Mountain Chamber of Commerce, NH Grand, North Country Chamber of Commerce and the Androscoggin Valley Chamber of Commerce are great resources to help plan your trip!

Whatever path you choose, make sure a stop at our Country Store in Lancaster! We have a full supply of our pure maple products as well as other locally made items. We look forward to seeing you.

At the start of each year, many of us make resolutions – saving money, getting more exercise and eating healthier are three popular ones. While Fuller’s may not be able to help you with all of your resolutions, if a healthier diet is on your list, we can help you with that one! Our pure NH maple syrup is better for you than granulated sugar, simply substitute 3/4 cup of pure maple syrup for each cup of granulated sugar.

Below are tasty recipes to incorporate into your breakfast menu – both healthy and easy to make! To find a ton of other maple recipes, click here.
