Maple Glazed Salmon

Maple Glazed Salmon Recipe using pure NH maple syrup from Fuller's Sugarhouse.


  • 6 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup pure Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 teaspoons sliced almonds, toasted (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, syrup, soy sauce, mustard and pepper.
  4. Pour over salmon.
  5. Cover and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake 8-10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  7. Sprinkle with almonds if desired. Makes 6 servings.
