Maple Mango Salsa


  • 1 mango, peeled & diced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • salt to taste
  • 12 tbsp Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup


  1. Mix all ingredients, add Sweet Heat to taste, and refrigerate.

  3. a food processor. Process until it is coarsely chopped. Add Sweet Heat to taste. Refrigerate.
