- 3 tablespoons Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1–2 pounds of steak
- Whisk together all ingredients in a shallow dish. Add steak, be sure to coat both sides. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Turn on grill to medium heat. Place steak on grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side.
