Maple Nut Brittle

Ingredients

- 1 cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
- 1 pound butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2–3 cups favorite nuts
Instructions
- Melt butter. Mix in sugar and Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup.
- Bring mixture to a boil.
- Remove from heat and pour on nuts.
- Spread mixture onto greased cookie sheet.
- Let cool, then break into pieces.
