Maple Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 C. Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 C. Milk
  • 1/2 t. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 t. Cinnamon
  • 1 T. Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 T. Fuller's Sugarhouse Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 T. Chia Seeds, optional

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar or container and stir.
  2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. (Can keep in fridge for up to about 3 days.)
  3. Optional: top with any additional in-season fruit or extra drizzle of syrup.
