Maple Roasted Pecans

Maple Roasted Pecans
  1. 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
  2. 2 tablespoons pure Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  3. 2 tablespoons Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Combine all ingredients in small bowl, and toss to coat
  3. Spread pecans on parchment or foil-covered baking sheet
  4. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until sugar is caramelized
  5. Set pan on wire rack, and let cool 10 minutes
  6. Break apart any nuts that have stuck together, and serve
