Pineapple and Maple Salsa


  • 1 cup finely chopped pineapple
  • 2 tbsp minced red onion or scallions
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro or mint
  • 1 serrano pepper, seeded and minced
  • Juice of small lime (1 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup


  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour – 2 days.
  3. Serve with favorite tortilla chips!
