Pineapple and Maple Salsa
- 1 cup finely chopped pineapple
- 2 tbsp minced red onion or scallions
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro or mint
- 1 serrano pepper, seeded and minced
- Juice of small lime (1 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
- Refrigerate 1 hour – 2 days.
- Serve with favorite tortilla chips!
